Terms Of Service:

1. Strzel.com.pl Online Store sells retail and wholesale via the Internet. Orders are realized during office hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00.
    

2. Strzel.com.pl shop owner, hereinafter called "Strzel.com.pl shop", is a trading company Padma International registered in Poland.

3. Persons submitting bids at Strzel.com.pl shop, hereafter called "customers", must be adult persons.
    

4. Shop Strzel.com.pl realizes only shipping within Poland and European Union countries not subject to restrictions on any of the products on offer to purchase made at the expense of the customer.
    

5. In both cases of the sale: wholesale and retail, each customer is required to specify the type of collection and transport, which wants to receive the products in order to determine shipping costs. If this does not occur, our staff will wait for 7 days for the transfer to a bank account, and no successful attempt at contacting or non-response, reference is made to attempt to conclude the transaction agreements.
    

6. Ordered by the customer items, shop Strzel.com.pl, send parcels weighing up to 20kg by using the options given in the delivery of intermediary shipping companies. If the customer wishes another form of transport with their choice of courier service, must submit such a request immediately after order confirmation. Otherwise, shop Strzel.com.pl is not responsible for the bad choice of transport modes. Upon notification, a request change to transport the customer receives from the Store Information about the cost of shipping up to 48-72 hours during the working day.
    

7. Dispatch is possible every working day at Strzel.com.pl store, referred to in point 1 of the Terms, available at:

8. For each contract the customer has the right to obtain a VAT invoice after request excluding restricted products. To obtain a VAT invoice, the customer must also specify the data and the tax identification number (TIN), business or person to whom it is to be issued. For that case the customer has to pay additional tax (22% of the order value), except the companies which has sent documents, to Shop Strzel.com.pl, of their European Union Tax Identification Number (EUR TIN).
    

9. Shop Strzel.com.pl give no guaranties for customers not settled in Poland.
    

10. The information found on our website Strzel.com.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Making the customer order through the mechanisms available at shop’s on the web pages, submits a bid to buy a particular product under the conditions specified in its specification. The moment of purchase contract is in the written acknowledgment of receipt of goods by the customer on the waybill consignment.
     

11. Staff of Strzel.com.pl makes every effort to ensure that descriptions and specifications of products placed in the shop were in line with reality. However, we do not assume liability for improper performance and characteristics of a product, or sudden alteration of the manufacturer. However, in each case, the data (including descriptions and specifications of products) is presented on our website at the date of the consumer shall not be covered by the contract in August with reality, within 10 days from date of purchase, it has the right to terminate the contract without giving reasons accordance with the provisions of withdrawal of a distance.
     

12. Shop Strzel.com.pl not is liable for damages caused by intentional or accidental use of their shipped products by consumers.
